So as we all know, Kingdom Hearts: dream drop distnace has a "new" antagonist. which is the guy below.


this guy is supposed to be known as unknown or "young master xehanort" which is the man below as well

are these people meant to be this guy? AKA we all know that is xehanort himself after he lost his memories. which very well explains why unknown/young master xehanort says "i will get my revenge" or something of the sort in the new trailers.

if unknown is not the man in white then who is he supposed to be "young master xehanort"? they are technically both the same people so what gives? could somebody clear things up for me? because when somebody says "young master xehanort" i think that the actual young version of master xehanort before birth by sleep somehow traveled through time to do what he is doing in the events of KH 3D

The Xehanort in the lab coat and Terranort (guy next to Lab Coat Xehanort) are one person. They are the incarnation that came to be when Old MX took over Terra's Body during the main Climax of BBS. The Young Master Xehanort aka The Unknown may be one of the Xehanort's that game about when Ansem and Xemnas were defeated due to Master Yen Sid saying that their destruction may have brought back more than one of them.

i see. but why would two seprate xehanorts come back? since yen sid said more than one may have returned it would only make sense if the guy in the lab coat (terranort) came back.
terranort is the original incarnation of ansem SoD and xemnas isn't it? so then why would more than one incarnation return when it is shown that when a nobody is destroyed they come back as their original form? terranort is the original incarnation unless this just hasn't been explained or for some reason two incarnations return.

could this possibly mean that terra and xehenort's hearts have been separated? or is it a completely new incarnation?

reading through other posts i found out a theory.

"young master xehanort" could be the dream verson of terranort while terranort is actually asleep as well as sora and riku

many versions of MX are coming back. including Xemnas and anseam. this is because MF can bring people from the darkness back from the dead. (This is why Vanitas is in the trailer.)

I've done some careful studying of these characters. Yes, amnesiac Xehanort (lab coat) and Terra-Xehanort are the same person, BUT I'm pretty sure the Unknown is pure Xehanort.
There's a render of young Master Xehanort on the KH wiki where you can see his face. It matches the Unknown. However, amnesiac Xehanort, Terra-Xehanort, and Xemnas, while they match each other, do NOT match the unknown. Look at the face shape. It's similar at first glance, but the Unknown and young Master Xehanort have a narrower face and jawline, as well as a smaller, less rounded chin. The other three all have a wider face and jaw and a more rounded, noticeable chin.
I'm pretty sure the Unknown is just tied to Master Xehanort.

Terranort's been gone since Amnesiac Xehanort (who's the exact same guy) split into Ansem Seeker of Darkness and Xemnas. My theory is that the Unknown is pure Xehanort and Terra is going to return as pure Terra. After all at the end of the Valentine's Day special trailer...

The Unknown supposed to have some type of power over time. Maybe he could rewind time for himself, make himself young again.

This is why its too early to say its MX..Since when did he have power over time? or the power to make himself young again ? Then he wouldnt have had to take over Terra.

I've said it before and I'll say it again:

The Unknown is not yet confirmed to be Young Master Xehanort. He may be, but so far, he isn't. I'm still saying that the Unknown is a brand new character with subtle ties to Xehanort.

I'm thinking this has something to do with why Xehanort wanted Terra's body so much to be young again...
My theory that when a body's form stops existing it goes to the Realm of Sleep still works for this, though.
Prettynort is SURELY not A-nort or T-Nort. They're nothing alike.
Perhaps he's just a manifestation of what Xehanort used to be, before he grew old, as his memories of that time died.

I was going on the idea that they're the same person. The Unknown can rewind time to heal himself, so IF--great big IF here--IF MX is in fact the Unknown, then it could maybe be possible for him to use that power to make himself younger.
I know I'm going out on a limb here, it's pure theory.
