Sorry, I don't have enough knowledge to figure this out but shouldn't Kairi be in the game more? I mean, when Aqua's keyblade was touched by Kairi, it made her Aqua's successor and I'm not fully sure what that means.. {Sorry, I'm a noob} and so shouldn't that do something? Kairi is awesome and I just want her to have a role in the story instead of just being on the sidelines all the time. Can anyone explain this to me? {Sorry if this isn't in the right place}

Kairi is the princess of heart but she cant do anything. Sure, even though she touched aqua's keyblade, making her a keyblade weilder, kairi cant even summon it. In my opinion, She's better off staying in the sidelines

Kairi is not the main character...nor other characters like (Axel,mickey,or other characters that wield weapons)

Now that you mention Kairi, I realized that she wasnt in the KH3D trailer. This is saddening and I agree with you, she should appear more since shes Sora's lover (not official but you know the feelings are there).

One possibility is that while she might not have a big part in KH:DDD, she might have a bigger part in the next game (hopefully, KH3). In the Zero Point scene you can unlock in KH:BBS FM, you see Kairi standing in front of the Old Mansion in Twilight Town with the Twilight Town trio. While this could be referring to something that happened in KH2, I doubt it. Add to that hints that something will happen to Sora in the KH:DDD trailers. Put together, I'm betting Kairi is going to start trying to fix things on her own.
Honestly, I'd love for Kairi to get into some sort of combat role. Like others, I'm a little tired of having to save her. But, she is still a major part of the story. I bet that what ever happens to Sora at the end of KH:DDD, Kairi is the one who gets him out.

Kairi should be featured in KH more. She is an important part of the series, yet she is very under-used, sadly.

DDD, though, doesn't seem to be the right place to bring her out. But BBSv2 or KH3 might just be her time to shine.

I am sure that Kairi isn't going to appear in KHDDD. Because KHDDD is mostly about Riku and Sora becoming keyblade masters and obtaining the power of sleep.

In my opinion Kairi is very annoying and always gets in the way......

Either she should learn to get stronger and use her Keyblade.... or.......

There are so many "spin-offs" - it would not hurt them to make another one with her. I mean, we just had one single game with TAV, so one game should also help Kairi to become a better part of the games.
Even if Sora and Riku does manage to escape the dream world, there could be a game playing during the same time as this again.
If they really want to it would be no problem to include her more in this.

something did happen, in KH2 she is able to use the Keyblade without it rejecting her like some boy..
