So we know the Sora we'll play as in this game isn't the Sora we know. And I know who this 'Sora' is.
Out of all of the hearts Sora has inside him, only one would actually think that they really are him. It can't possibly be Ven, his heart is 'sleeping'. And it can't be Roxas or Namine, because near the end of kh2 they become whole with Sora and Kairi. So we can assume must just be sleeping like Ven's, or otherwise out of reach of Sora's mind. Besides, it makes no sense for either of them to think they're Sora.

Which leaves the person who was made to be Sora. Xion.
If at the end of Days she was able to look like him after just obtaining a bit of his power through Roxas, then think of what being right there in Sora's heart would do to her! This is what she had been programed to be. In the sleeping worlds where Sora and Riku are asleep themselves, it is very possible that Xion's mind took over instead, where it couldn't in the waking worlds. And(if my 3DS will post the screenshot) if you look at this, Xion is seen talking to Sora, who looks like he's wearing his kh2 outfit. That might just be nothing, but you never know.

There's absolutely every reason to believe it's Xion. So, can you see it too?

Unless Nomura has more hearts hidden in Sora that we don't know of, than yes.

I'm going to count all the Soras that were shown when that mystery person asked Sora 'how he could even call himself the original'. If there's more than 5, then he has more hearts than we know of.

8...There were 8 Soras when that man said that. If those are hearts, then there's 3 more than there should be...

It's Xion, or someone whose heart we didn't know Sora had.

But man, 8 hearts? Even Kakazu(Naruto Shippuden) didn't have that much O_o

Good theory. Maybe that explains why he doesn't have a Dream Eater symbol on him...

But it is completely ludicris. It could work, but it's almost TOO crazy to believe...

Plot twist; every time you played as Sora up to tihs point, it was Xion, being viewed as Sora, and Dream Drop Distance is the first time you play as the real Sora.

I'm going with shadowblade on this one. it's reasonable, yet extremely unlikely in some people's eyes. but i guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Or ya know, a sleeping Sora could just be different from an awake Sora. Her becoming Sora to this extent seems pointless to me. Its like there's two you's and and you both switch minds, and um, what's the difference? If she did take on Sora's persona to that extent it is no longer Xion in either mind or body, and as shown in the example above, nothing really happens. Her heart lies with Roxas and Axel, the excitement in Sora's voice when he says "Riku, Riku's here!" just doesn't fit for Xion.

This is what I meant. The sleeping Sora is a different Sora than the one we play as when he's awake. Instead of Sora's mind being in the sleeping worlds as it should, it could be Xion instead.

I think it's more likely that Xion is the different Xehanort's. lol my brain hurts.
