I thought there was an interview with Normura saying that Xemnas could use a keyblade if chose to do so. I feel with their power conbined they would extinguish each other. Either way there is no such thin as death in the Kingdom Hearts universe.

Anway I believe that Xenmas would win because he is bad ass with those aerial blades and it was a nightmare to deflect them without getting killed by them. He even has the power of the other organization's elements 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, to use if he chose to do so in his knight form. Having an keyblade doesn't necessary mean victory for MX or anyone else who has one.

Actually Nomura said that Xemnas MIGHT be able to but chose not to( we know now he was hiding a lot ) .. Also in his knight form he technically could summon all of the organizations elements not just those.
