Do you think that we could get in trouble with the Government for our KH videos downloadable here? I hope we don't but there is the still the possiblity that they shut us down because of those videos. So what do you think, will we be shut down or be free?

Well, most likely it will, at least I think so, but we'll just have to find everyone's Emails and secret stack and share information through MSN, not accepting any members, or something like that, at least that's my idea.

I don't think so.

Companies send a take-down request (or DMCA notice, whatever you want to call it) when something like this happens. Then, the website has the choice to take down the infringing content (which I'd be happy to do)-- it's only if they refuse, where trouble starts to happen. Anyway, KH13 has never received such a notice, so we're good for now.
