I found this at Kingdom Hearts Recharged.com.

"(NEW YORK, October 12th 2011) – It was confirmed that Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance will release in Japan around spring 2012 from the Tokyo Game Show event, but when can we expect an actual release date announcement for Japan? According to a handful of rumors; Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance is set for release on April 2012. That would fit the spring release slot, but it hasn’t been confirmed as of today. In the mean time – take this piece of news with a grain of salt. Hopefully we’ll receive an official date between now and the Jump Festa event in December."

What do you guys think? I think April is definitely a possibility, but that probably means we'd get it in the fall around October-November. Too far awayyyy >.<

heck if we get it in november of 2012 then i can con(ask) my parent to get it for my birthday but yea i think we will see an offical release date in the jump festa trailer.

There has been a lot of speculation that the game would come out in April. Which seems to be the appropriate release for the game. But a rumor is a rumor, we don't know what to expect until SE themselves have anything to say about it. But I do hope that the release of KH3D isn't too far away from the Japanese release for North America and PAL regions.

I say just wait until Square Enix gives the official announcement. I never listen to those kinds of rumors and theories anymore, especially after what happened with 358/2 Days and Birth By Sleep. It'll come when it comes.

tutti frutti. Assuming that KH3D is in fact released in April, I just hope that it isn't realeased on April Fool's Day. (That's just me being me) But to me in general, I usually wait until there is a confirmed date for a game when everything is said and done. Nonetheless, I'm definitley looking forward to the game.

as much as i'd like this to be true .. i highly doubt we'll be getting this in under 6 months because they'd still have to dub over all the cutscenes, and with what we saw from the trailer, this game seems to be the real deal so i think a lot of it will be voice acting rather than dialogue boxes

thinking about it.... id rather wait 6 months more to have more voiced scenes with less dialogue boxes...... i seriously hate those boxes the voice acting makes the game have more depth and feeling than words in a box.
