Okay I was at Another Anime Convention 2011 on Saturday and I met Quinton Flynn, voice of Axel/Lea and asked him a few questions and so I was like, "Will Axel or Lea make an appearance in Dream Drop Distance?" Quinton says, "Well, I never heard about it, let's keep our fingers crossed." The game is about 70-75% complete and he hasn't heard about it so... probably no.

He had also never heard of Re:CoM even after the Japanese version had been out for almost a year. He even said himself that the way he finds out about new KH games is through his fans. xD

I'm kinda hoping Axel/Lea doesn't show up, I don't see how he would fit into this game unless it's just for fanservice cameo stuff like in BbS. owo;

I see no real reason for him to show up in 3D anyway. :/ KHIII would be excellent though! And maybe somehow Sora could regain his memories as Roxas or something and be all buddy-buddy with Axel when he's somehow "revived."

Well i dont even see how Lea can show up in his dreams o.O and im clinging onto a small hope of Axel showing up somehow because of Roxas's meoiries manifesting them selves in the dream world

There is actually no reason to have Axel/Lea in Dream Drop Distance, from what I have heard of the story. KH3, on the other hand, will probably have a prominent piece on the red haired rogue.

No, Aqua needs to be saved first. She promised to be there when he woke up. And we know how big the KH series is on keeping promises. x3

Now wait a minute, it's possible for Lea to appear in the game. If Ven's heart is really inside Sora, isn't it possible for Sora to see some of Ven's memories while he in the realm of sleep?

They haven't started the localization.
It's as simple as that.
But that has nothing to do with Lea.
For that matter, they could still APPEAR, and just not have any lines.
But why would they appear, anyways? It's not like they're in the sleeping worlds or anything...

I wonder, has there been any other people who have tried to contact the American VA's? They may only be 70-75% through the game, but that doesn't mean they don't have a script finalized.

You pretty much missed my point about how promises play a significant part in the KH series.

Anyway, "remal" is not a word, and who's to say he's in the Realm of Sleep? We can't say for sure, because really, Ven's heart is just inside Sora, and they need to return his heart to Ven's body. Maybe they're not sure he's inside Sora. If they find Aqua and Ansem the Wise in the Realm of Darkness, then maybe Aqua meeting Sora will sense Ventus, and she could take them to Castle Oblivion and find the Chamber of Repose (I think), and Ven's heart would return to his body.

"I promise I'll be there one day to wake you up." Boom.
