Re:Coded was also after KH2, but they used Simple and Clean. My guess would be Sanctuary since they used Simple and Clean for BBS. Also because this one takes place AFTER KH2. I dont think we will see a new song until KH3, and even then it wont be by Utada Hikaru unless she works out her issues with Disney.

Her issue was with Disney, not with Square. So there would be no reason for her not to do FF music.Im hoping they save a new Utada song for KH3

Re:coded was a Mediocre recap. Dream Drop Distance is actualy essential to the plot.

So is Re:Coded. It's not a recap, it shows who's hurt needs to be mended, and show's that Sora has the memories he needs. Every KH game is essential to the plot.

Coded, was a recap game thrown together as a gimmick on a cellphone. Re:coded was an attempt to entertain the hardcore fans who will buy anything with the logo on it, but didnt happen to be in Japan for the mobile release. While it contained a couple new cutscenes, it was in no way essential to the series. So is Re:Coded. It may have seemed like a recap, but the story of the game itself is essential. The new message in the journal, those that are hurting, the memories Namine found that she needed to prepare Sora for to recieve them. That is the point of the game, and it is all essential to prepare us for KH3.

Except you forget one thing. Mickey was present for the events of BBS. He has the memories already. I am usually the first to defend these titles because of what they add to the story, but Re:coded was not necessary to the series.

Mickey forgot like everyone else. He remembered during Re:Coded too, which is why he sent the letter after it. Which is another thing it added, the contents of Mickey's letter

...............When did that happen? I do not remember that happening. @v@
Originally, when the Japanese CoM came out, I found one intro someone had uploaded and watched it again and again. Now I can't find it, but the other Japanese intros people released have the original version of the song. That probably means the version I watched (that I thought was the official one) was dubbed. Which is really sad. Because I thought they worked perfectly together. Anyway, here's the song if you want to hear it.
