Now i was just looking through the pictures of Riku and Sora again and I noticed something was a bit off. Riku didn't cut his hair .. it's the same as the first title! because of the new clothes i assumed they were back in their older forms, but as I looked closer they're still young. now i figured the demo was well past what we saw in the first trailer but i guess as long as they're in the "world buried in dreams" or whatever they'll keep retaining their younger states .. that or they just stay like that the entire game, however i highly hope this isn't the case.

No, his hair was longer in KH1. I like they're new outfits, but i just don't like how young they look. It gets old after 4 games....

even so, his proportions are the same in the photos of khddd as they are in kh1 .. he was much taller in kh2.

google sora and look at nomura's kh2 pic of sora, his head to body ratio is more than it is in this game.

I can say that appearence is just because they are in the realm of dreams for certain. In the beginning of Sora's demo gameplay, Sora says "Hey! EVEN my clothes have changed! Is this another of Yen Sid's magic?"
As he says "even", it's possible to conclude Yen Sid also made they look younger.
YAY!!!! That damn look is just for the realm of dreams!!! Problem solved.

My theory is that in the world of the Dreams, they'll begin as they first were in KH1 (I mean in age), and when you get to some point of the game, they will change. Just a thought.

But in the beginning of the trailer before they're in the dream world, they're standing before Yen Sid and Riku has short hair. So either way, his beautiful hair is gone. RIP Riku's Hair. You will be greatly missed </3

I feel your sadness. I was too busy complaining about Neku and the way he talks to Sora, but I do liked Riku's hair... Poor hair.
