Just curious, in the English cutscenes, why do the graphics look better and the colors look more saturated in the than in the Japanese cutscenes?

The Japanese cutscenes were recorded in lower quality. They will be eventually re-recorded in higher quality.

 

Also sometimes the Japanese colours are different to the English colours.
