the only diffrence is that re:coded is on the DS and coded is on the Phone :| RE means remake(i think)

Yes, The Re: games are enhanced ports where as the Final Mix games are enhanced remakes for the same system. I think that's why the recently announced HD version is called 1.5 ReMIX, as a combination of Re: and Final Mix as it is technically both a port and an enhanced remake.
