Anyway, I heard a rumor that Light's looking for a way to bring Vanille and Fang back. Wonder if that's true. I want to see the original cast! It's not a true sequel to me if you can’t play as them. The only Final Fantasy I count as a true sequel is XII: Revenant Wings. You, eventually, had all your old party members and the story meshed well with the original. The only thing that bothered me about the game (besides it being for the DS) was that you couldn’t play Larsa. But seeing as how he was only a guest party member in the original, and that he was actually in RW, I ended up being okay with that. Here's hoping for some Light/Hope scenes (I only want them together if Hope's a lot older though). I hope they don't just put Lightning with that new dude you see her with. That guy really does seem like the original design for Fang. Gah. I want to see Light, Hope, Snow, Sazh, Vanille, and Fang. I'd be happy if it was just brief scenes. This is seeming too AU for me. And I still hate the battle system. I'm a little surprised that they already have English voiceovers and text. Please forgive me if this seems negative. OblivionRider 50 Posted June 12, 2011 LET'S GO HOPE! He has the best growth in the entire game (on par with Light and just above Vanille). He's gonna be older and stronger hopefully. Hmm, I wonder if on Cocoon engagement necklaces are like wedding rings, or are they just for the engaged? Either's Snow's dead (I don't think so, but just putting it out there) of Snow and Serah put off the wedding until Lightning returns (I think this to be the more likely).
