I have a question my little "Watch topic" thing it doesn't work anymore, it says I'm watching but it doesn't tell me that there is a new post or something, it did at first but now it does.

Also it doesn't say if someone has commented on my status anymore, is there away to fix these problems?

I assume you are talking about subscribing to threads? Hmm, I think this was replaced with a "follow" thing at the top of each thread, are you talking about that?

I've been getting this message a lot ever since the site's last update.

My story was hit hard by the update, but nothing that is unfix-able without a little work. However, in the case of my first post in the thread (that is the only one I have dared to try and fix so far) it has caused huge amounts of spacing that even when fixed in the editor, still shows up when on the page when saved. Also, text that was not centered in the editor appears centered on the page. I am wondering if the immense amount of text on the first post is possibly to much, thus bugging it out. I would just separate it into two posts, however, due to my already posting every chapter, it would be impossible as the chapters have to be in order. The link to the page is in my signature, if you wish to view the problem for yourself. I realize that you are probably still working out everything with the new forums, but it would be greatly appreciated if my problem were at least acknowledged. Thank-you for your time.

EDIT: To add, the huge amount of spacing only happened after I edited out the � of the story. I think this may be because I used the editor on the site to replace the �'s with " and then used word to fix the " that should have been '.* Perhaps copying and pasting from Word could have been responsible?

*All the " and ' in the chapters were replaced by �. For some reason, it only happened in the post with the chapters of the story.

Hey Dragonmaster, I tried clicking"edit" on your story and removing the lines... and it worked. I only did the first bit because it's so long, but yeah, maybe try again? Because it seems to work for me... as for the ' and " playing up, that's a common thing that occurs when you copy from Microsoft Word --> forums. It's because Word uses funny symbols for these.

We've done some optimizations on the site, hopefully this stops the issue. We'll see... but yeah, basically, the SQL errors happen a lot because we're too active-- most of this comes from that chat, which I'd rather keep.

Okay, not sure what you've done... but that's not how you embed things. I assume you're using ImageShack based on the URL, you need to go to the page for the image and look for where it says "direct link". Then you put this direct link inside [img] and [ /img] tags.

EDIT: Eh, I still couldn't fix the awful spacing problem (for some reason it seems that what is just one line apart in the editor is at least double in the updated post...), but I did fix the problem I was having with everything being centered. Thanks again.
