I think there is a legitimate possibility of the Mysterious Figure being Saix. Sure, the MF being Saix's body model could mean Square simply got lazy and just used it, OR it could have much deepness to it. Don't criticize just yet, instead, please examine my observations:

 

• A very obvious one is that his weapons are blue. (duh)

• He appears to be the same height as Terra, not taller. This already crosses off Xemnas/MX and such because they are taller than Terra. (If MX were to stand straight, he would be taller, yes).

• It would add the surprise and shock that Nomura seems to want.

• They showed Isa in BbS when it wasn't necessary. Why would they emphasize his friendship with Lea if they were never going to bring him back? That would just make whatever fans Saix gets because of that cutscene upset if he were never to appear in a future game. Also, they are obviously going to bring Axel back somehow, and it's only fitting that Saix/Isa come back. It would make that cutscene much more useful, too.

• As you may have noticed, the MF fights with a combination of skills from TAV (and also some from the Org, like the one that empties your command list), so you may believe he is some form of Xehanort. But, an alter ego of Saix (sort of an Anti-Saix) is my belief. (or at least, it's my dream). He is practically 2nd in command after all.

The next part is pretty much a fan-fic, but there are some legitimate ideas.

 

 

Xemnas probably already knows that by destroying your Heartless and Nobody, you can come back as your original self. But, if that was the case, the Organization members would want Sora to defeat them, then. So, he probably lied and said that Kingdom Hearts is the only way to regain their own hearts. They, of course, want that, thus working for him towards their goal.

Now, Xemnas has a group to control, as they unknowingly help him towards his own goal: power. As each gets defeated, though, he begins to question how this goal will come into fruition. So, he creates someone that will be able to help him if he were ever to return as his original self, MX. So, who better than the one he seemed to trust the most- Saix? To be precise, an anti version of him.

Later on, when Xemnas is also defeated, he is back to being a bald old man with a crooked back. lol

He gets his helper, whom we now know as the MF.

 

"But, how did the MF figure appear in BbS when Isa was only a teenager?" I know that's what you're all asking. Well, the MF can obviously freeze opponents, so let's just figure he can time travel. (this is the part that you know why i included the word "fan-fiction" in my topic description). He did that to either test their strength or destroy heros out of his path. Meaning the one against Terra was more of a test, and the Aqua and Ventus one was an actual battle. I know, this part, at least, is definitely not making the cut for the storyline, but hey. It's just a suggestion.....

 

I think a good ending would be if Axel is saved, then he misses his old pal. So he went looking for him, just to end up in a battle against the MF. He loses, then Sora or someone jumps in and defeats the MF. As MF falls to the ground, hood pulls down to reveal what looks like Saix. Axel is now very sad, but Isa appears behind him. Happy ending, lol. and Saix/Isa, Axel/Lea, Roxas, and Xion are all saved and eat sea-salt ice cream.....

.....and the the rest of the Org will be revived! and! uh.......eh-hem...I sorta lost control.....

 

 

Well, this is pretty much just something I wish would happen (even though I know it won't) so that there would be an excuse to bring back Organization XIII as their original selves.

I know Isa is only a kid, that was sort of the point. My theory of the MF isn't the actual Saix, more as a revved up copy. Thus, he could have many powers, or perhaps is what Xemnas would consider like a perfect member, next to himself, of course. My point was that the MF is sort of a safe-line for Xemnas so that he'd have a guaranteed helper in case he were to be defeated and come back as MX.

 

But if Nomura really did say that the MF will be a brand new character, then that just sort of means it's a good thing that I included the word "fan-fiction". lol

 

Even though a new member created by Xemnas would technically be a new character that we don't know......whether based off of Saix or not....

Aaanyway, guess we just have to wait and see. Nomura is a genuis anyway, so I'm sure he'll think of something that is complete awesomeness.

I've aways thought Xemnas just collected Data from all nobodies and joined them to make MF 8P
