Well, this story is something special. I been carry it in my head for a long time and i think i need to post it.

 

Main characters are Ventus, Terra and Aqua, but in this story they're somehow different. They live in the village, where all young keyblade chosens train to become keyblade masters. Aqua, Terra and Ven are also related (Ven is Terra's and Aqua's younger brother). They live a perfect live, until dark forces tear them apart..

Chapter One: Flames of Destruction

 

Aqua sensed something strange. It was something dark, powerful and scary. She decided to warn Ven and Terra about it.

Village seem peaceful and quiet, but she still had the same feeling.

 

“Where are you going?” Aqua's friend asked.

“Have you seen Ven or Terra?” Aqua asked.

 

Brown haired girl thought for some time.

 

“I think they're training at Waterfalls. Is something matter?”

“Hope not” Aqua answered and ran towards the Waterfalls.

 

They were several clouds on the sky, ready for a storm. Her feeling was getting stronger and stronger. She finally reached the Waterfalls. Ven was swinging his keyblade around, but then he casted some thunder spells and totally mess up everything. Terra was laughing at that. He noticed Aqua.

 

“Hey Aqua, I think our little brother learn how to cast a Thunder spell”

 

Ven didn't seem to mind much.

 

“How was I? Did I hit the rock? Was I good?” Ven asked.

 

Terra started laughing even more than before. Ven looked at Aqua, who nodded and then at Terra, who was still laughing.

 

“You still need some training” Aqua answered.

 

Ven nodded.

 

“Wanna see my Fire spell? I'm master at this one!” Ven asked Aqua.

“Maybe later, but I came with a different reason...”

 

Terra stopped laughing. Aqua drew a deep breath.

 

“Something dark is going to destroy the village.”

 

Ven and Terra were surprised.

 

“Are you sure?” Terra asked.

“No, but we still have to be careful. You'll never know what is going to happen.”Aqua answered.

“So, what are we going to do?” Ven asked.

“I think it's the best that we return to the village and be ready for everything.” Terra answered.

 

Ven and Aqua nodded. They all went towards the village. Ven walked faster than Terra and Aqua. He reached the village first. But when he reached it, he turned pale.

 

“What's wrong?” Terra asked.

“See for yourself.” Ven answered.

 

Aqua and Terra looked at village and turned pale as well. Village was surrounded by black and red flames, who slowly turned it into an ash...

 

Well that's the first chapter. I'll write the second as soon as I can.

 

PS: English is not my native language so correct me if I wrote something stupid.

Chapter two: The Net

 

They couldn't believe their eyes. Their beloved home was surrounded by flames, who slowly turned it into an ash. Aqua ran towards it, but Terra stopped her.

 

“What the hell are you doing?” Terra angrily asked.

“There are still in there... we have to help them!” Aqua refused.

“You'll only get yourself hurt! Can't you see the flames! They are cursed!” Terra yelled on Aqua.

“Stop!” Ven yelled.

 

Terra stopped yelling and looked at Ven.

 

“If we just stand here and argue, we won't do anything!” Ven quietly said.

 

Terra nodded. Aqua looked at the village again with a great sadness, but she spotted something else as well. In the middle of the village, there was a group of masked people or more like creatures. They were casting some kind of spells that create powerful flames. A few of them were coming right opposite her.

 

“We have to run!” Aqua said.

 

Terra saw them too.

 

“I'll hold them off, you take Ven and run as fast as you can!” Terra said.

 

Terra summoned his keyblade, ready to fight. Aqua held Ven's hand and pulled him in the woods.

 

“What's goin' on?” Ven asked.

“Don't ask, just run!” Aqua answered.

 

Ven understood. Creatures that casted the destruction of the village were after them. He ran as fast as he could. Suddenly it started to rain. Aqua and Ven decided to find a shelter. They found the cave. There was none inside, so they went in. Aqua thought - what are they going to do now. Those ugly creatures destroyed their only home. Where can else go...

 

“I'm going to find Terra, he's probably in trouble.” Ven interrupted Aqua's thinking.

“No, you wait right here. I'm going to find him.” Aqua said.

“Fine” Ven disappointetly said.

“Don't worry I'll be back with Terra in no time” Aqua had said and left.

 

Terra hardly fought with the creatures. Rain has blinded him a bit. Now he was running away as well. He completely eyed those creatures. They were tall, skinny and ugly. Their magic was very powerful and dark. They can be the dark wizards, Terra thought. Suddenly two of them started chasing him. Terra ran even faster than before. Meanwhile Aqua fought with three of them as well. She already took one down. Other two started yelling in unknown language. More of them appear right beside them. Aqua prepared to take them down, but the creatures only passed by. Aqua was confused.

 

Ven still sat in the cave. He had no idea what time is it. Suddenly two creatures appeared next to him and attacked him. Ven had screamed and blocked their attack with his keyblade. He quickly left the cave. Where can he go? Village was destroyed and Aqua told him to stay in the cave. While he was running away, one creature had casted some kind of spell on him. He jumped away in time. Instead of him, spell hit the tree. Ven watched it with horror. Spell turned the tree into an ash! He didn't notice the second creature who cast the different spell straight on him. Ven felt the great pain in his chest. The spell tied him up with a glowing net. He couldn't move or do anything. He was even hardly breathing. Creatures started talking in unknown language. One of them had nodded and picked him up. Ven could smelt the disgusting smell of the creature. He tried to struggle, but creature carried him like sack of potatoes.

 

For the first time in his life he was completly useless. Meanwhile Terra and Aqua were looking for him with no idea what had happened to him. Ven sadly looked in the sky in the same way that Terra and Aqua did.

Sorry it took it so long, but i had a lot of things to do. Here's the next chapter.

 

Chapter Three: The Pure Ones

 

Aqua couldn't found Terra anywhere, so she decided to check on Ven. She returned to the cave.

 

“I'm sorry Ven, I couldn't found Terra and... Ven! Ventus! Where are you!?” Aqua yelled.

 

She searched the whole cave, but couldn't found Ven. Frightened she left the cave. Those creatures were definitely here and attacked Ven. He could be anywhere by now. She summoned her keyblade and ran towards the river.

 

Meanwhile, Ven was still tied up, beside the river. Creatures brought him there just an hour ago. The one who carried him, put him on the ground. It looked like, they were waiting for something. Or someone. Suddenly a masked man appeared. All creatures bowed to him. He went to one creature.

 

“What did you bring this time?” man asked.

“A Keyblade chosen, Master” creature answered with a hoarse voice.

“Oh, I see” man said and went towards the Ven.

 

Man picked him with one hand and looked straight into Ven's eyes.

 

“So, do you have a name kid?” man asked.

 

Ven ignored him.

 

“I asked : what is your name!” man angrily asked.

 

Ven ignored him again, but this time man cast some kind spell on him. The net who tied Ven turned red. Ven felt the burning pain all over his body. He screamed out in agony. Man only smiled.

 

“Let's try again. What's your name?” man asked sweetly.

“Ventus...” Ven quietly said.

“So you can talk after all! Oh, and I haven't introduced myself. My name is Painer, but you'll refer me as a Master. Understood?” man said.

“Yes, Master...” Ven said with no choice.

“Good, but I don't like your name. From this day forth your name is Number 15. Understood, Number 15?” man said.

“Yes Master...” Ven answered.

 

Painer dropped Ven on the floor and went towards the creature. He talked with it for some time and then disappeared.

Some time later three creatures came, pulling a wagon. One of them picked Ven and carried him towards the wagon.

 

“Who are you and where are you taking me?” Ven asked.

 

“We are the Pure ones and we are taking you to your new home” Pure one said and threw him on covered wagon.

 

Ven turned completely pale. What are they going to with him? And who is that Painer? In wagon there were a lot of boxes, items and papers. Ven looked closely on one paper. It looked like a map. He could see his village on it, but it was cross out with a big cross along with three other villages.

 

What the hell is goin' on?

Chapter four: A Wayfinder

 

Terra was running with no idea why. He felt something deep inside him. Like call or whisper. Suddenly he stopped and hid behind the bush. He noticed those creatures again, pulling a covered wagon.

 

Meanwhile, Ven was inside that wagon, trying to get out. When he almost lost all his faith, he remembered one thing.

The Wayfinder that Aqua gave him just a week ago. He could imagine her words.

 

“What's this?” Ven asked.

“It's Wayfinder” Aqua answered.

“It's so mysterious” Ven said.

“It's beceuse I put some magic on it. To keep you save” Aqua said.

“But, how do I use it?” Ven asked.

“When you're in big trouble, just open your heart and think about things that make you happy” Aqua answered.

“Thanks, sis!” Ven said.

 

The Wayfinder was in his pocket. He had closed his eyes and thought about Aqua and Terra. All happy moments, when they were training, talking or exploring. His green wayfinder started to glow. Net was slowly disappearing. Ven, finnaly free, walked towards the exit. But he fell on the ground. His legs were still tied up! He tried to use Wayfinder again, but it didn't work. Ven sighed. Even though he had tied up legs, he tried to jump off wagon.

 

At the same moment Terra attacked the creatures. They were yelling on him. Terra casted some thunder and fire spells on them. Creatures blocked most of the spells, but one hit wagon. It exploded! Ven jumped from it, just before spell hit it. Terra noticed him at the same time Ven did.

 

“Ven!” Terra yelled.

 

But Ven rolled downwards the valley directly into a river. Ven was pretty good swimmer, but he couldn't swam with tied legs. He was drowing and riverflow was very strong.

 

“Terra, help!” Ven yelled with a mouth full of water.

“I'm comin' Ven!” Terra said and ran towards the river.

 

He almost reached it, when four creatures blocked his way.

 

“Out of my way” Terra yelled and destroyed the nearest one.

 

He was destroying one after another. Ven saw how Terra is trying to save him. His lungs were full of water. He looked at Terra for one last time and close his eyes. When Terra destroyed all creatures, Ven was long gone.

 

The river took him.

No! Ventus can't die!

But great story so far.

Chapter Five: Kyrllion

 

Black and red flames, turning village into an ash. Ven was standing right in front of it. Suddenly he saw Terra and Aqua. They were standing in the middle of it. They were both screaming for help. Ven ran towards to them, when something blocked his way. It looked like a white wulf.

 

“Out of my way!” Ven said.

 

Wulf shook with his head.

 

“This isn't real. You need to wake up.” wulf said.

“But how do I...” Ven tried to say.

“Don't ask, just do it!” wulf had said and jumped on him.

 

“Aaaaaaaaaaa!” Ven screamed as he awakened from his strange dream. He was alive! But how? Last thing he had remembered was he in the river and Terra fighting the creatures. He was laying in the bed in an unknown room. Room was full of pictures and statues. Ven still felt pain is his chest, but it wasn't so great than before. He was wearing too big night gown. Ven tried to get up, but he was too weak. He had fallen on the ground and caused a lot of noise. Suddenly a red haired man came.

 

“Wow, take it easy kiddo!” man said.

“Who are you, where am I and what happened to me?” Ven asked.

 

Man took him in his arms and put him on a bed.

 

“Well, I'm Kyrllion and you're in my house” man answered.

“But how did I get here. I remember being in a river” Ven said.

“I found you in a river and thought you were dead, but I still felt you. So I brought you here.” man said.

 

Ven signed.

 

“How long did I sleep?” Ven asked.

“Three days in a row. I thought you won't wake up.” man answered.

“I'm so confused.” Ven said.

“Look...um…” man said.

“I'm Ventus, Ven for short” Ven said.

“Look Ven, I know you have a lot of questions, but first you need to rest. I won't pick you if you fall again. When you'll rest up you can ask me whatever you want” man said and left the room.

 

Ven closed his eyes and fell asleep.

Oh! So he's alive! That's good. I also noticed that since the first chapter, your English has improved even more. Keep up the good work!

Chapter Six: Melissa

 

Terra was terrified. He couldn't Ven anywhere, so he decided to folow the river, who wasn't exactly short. His legs were running by them selfs beside the river. Sudenlly something blocked his way. That thing only said:

 

“Your brother not here. Job not done!” and disappeared.

 

Terra was confused. What the hell that thing just said? But, he found out why it blocked his way. If he wouldn't stop he'd probably fall down the giant waterfall. That's why that thing stop him! At the same moment he realized one thing. If Ven didn't get off the river, he fell down the waterfalls! Terra had fallen on his knees and stared crying. Poor Ven. What happened to him and how did he get on that wagon? Those creatures will pay!

 

“Is something wrong, sir?”

 

Terra looked back. There was a little girl, right behind him. She had long, blonde hair and scrawny body.

 

“It's just... I'm trying to find someone and I thought... that he might fell down the waterfalls” Terra said.

 

“Is there anyway that I can help?” girl asked.

 

“Well, have you seen a blonde-haired boy or a blue-haired girl? They're both smaller than me.” Terra said.

 

A little girl thought for some time.

 

“Sorry I haven't seen any of them, but I know someone who might.” girl said.

 

“And who's that?” Terra asked.

 

“It's my friend, Takeo. He's always exploring, here beside the river. Maybe he had seen the ones you're looking for.” girl said.

 

“Thank you miss... um..”

 

“Melissa, Mel for short.” girl said.

 

“Thank you Mel. I'm Terra.” Terra said.

 

Terra looked around.

 

“So where is Takeo?” Terra asked.

 

“Probably at the caves. Let's go.” girl answered.

 

They both went towards the caves. Mel led and Terra followed. Mel sure seem persistent, for someone that young. He could see a young Ven in her. Terra thought about him, years and years ago, when Ven wanted to show him something.

 

“Where are we going?” Terra asked.

“You'll see. It's very cool.” Ven answered.

 

After a hour, they arrived.

 

“Here it is!” Ven said and removed the branch.

“Wow, it's the perfect place for us to train. Ven you're a genius!” Terra said.

“I know!” Ven said with a smile.

 

That's how they found the Waterfalls where they were always training.

 

“We're here!” Melissa disrupted Terra's thinking.

 

Terra looked at the cave. If Mel wouldn't showed it with a finger, Terra wouldn't saw it.

 

“It looks like it's dark in there” Terra said and summoned his Keyblade to cast Light spell.

 

“NO!!!!!!” Mel yelled and pushed him behind the bush.

 

“What the...?” Terra tried to say.

 

“Quickly! Desummon the Keyblade! Before they come!” Mel yelled even lauder than before.

 

Terra desummoned his Keyblade and looked at girl, who was breathing very fast. Some time later she finnaly calmed down.

 

“What was that about, Melissa?” Terra asked.

 

“You didn't tell me that you're Keyblade chosen” girl said.

 

“What's the matter with that?” Terra asked.

 

“It's becuase of the Pure Ones! When someone summon the Keyblade, they can feel it. After that, they come with a light speed to capture the Keyblade chosen. Then they take him away, none knows where!” Mel said in the same breath.

 

“Calm down, Melissa. They're not here.” Terra said.

 

“Oh, no!” had girl shouted and ran into a cave.

 

“Hey, wait! Don't go there alone!” had Terra yelled and followed her inside.

 

When he finally caught her, she was deep inside the cave. Terra could saw horror on her face. She looked straight on the creatures who were holding a young brown-haired boy.

 

“Let go of Takeo!” Mel shouted.

 

“Melissa... get out of there!” boy yelled with a weak voice.

 

“The Pure Ones can't have you! This time I'll fight!” girl shouted even more than before.

 

She summoned her keyblade, much to Terra's surprise and ran towards the nearest one.

Chapter Seven: The Young Keyblade Chosens

 

Melissa was incredibly strong. She casted several Blizzard spells in a blink of an eye. Creatures blocked most of them, but they didn't expect Terra. Terra casted the same spell straight on a creature, who was holding Takeo. Creature had screamed and released the little boy. Terra had caught him, before he hit the ground.

 

“Let's go!” Terra shouted to Melissa.

 

Mel nodded. They both left the cave very quickly. When they came out, they heard creatures. They were coming!

 

“I have an idea!” Mel said.

 

She had summened her keyblade and point it into a cave. Keyblade started glowing. Creatures couldn't bear that much of light, so they teleported somewhere else. Terra watched open-mouthed.

 

“What the hell was that about?” Terra asked.

 

“I'll explain everything, but first we need to take Takeo home” Mel said and looked at the boy, who was still in Terra's arms.

 

“Okay” Terra had said and followed little girl again.

 

Path wasn't so long. Mel led him through the shortcut. Some time later they reached a giant tree.

 

“We live in a tree house” Mel explained.

 

They both climbed the ladder up to the tree house. Mel had unlocked the door and went in. Terra went inside as well. He put Takeo on bed.

 

“You live here alone?” Terra asked.

 

“Well, there're a boy and a girl as well and Uncle Kyran as well!” Mel answered.

 

Terra sat on the chair, next to Melissa.

 

“So, tell me who those Pure Ones are. And why did they attack your friend?” Terra asked.

 

“Well, Uncle Kyran said that they're people who give up their lives to have power. There's one crazy man called Painer, who's their leader. I'm not sure what does he wants, but all i know is that he gave those people power in exchange for their heart and will. Pure Ones are bodies who serve Painer.” Mel said.

 

Terra sighed.

 

“But, do you know why they are after the Keyblade Chosens?” Terra asked.

 

“I think that Painer is doing somekind experiments on them, but i'm not sure what kind. Uncle Kyran even said that Painer sent a lot of Pure Ones, to destroy the villages and capture the Keyblade chosens.” Mel said.

 

Terra turned pale.

 

“Is something wrong?” Mel asked.

 

“It's just... Pure Ones destroyed my village! And after that I was separated from my brother and sister.” Terra said with an angry voice.

This is getting really good! Keep up the great work!

Chapter Eight: The Meeting

 

Three masked persons were waiting in pitch black room. Suddenly another one appeared.

 

“You’re late” the tallest man said.

“My apologies Master Painer, but I got the information you need” man said.

“Then tell it, you idiot!”

 

Man looked on the left chair. There was a girl sitting on it and now removing her mask. She was very angry.

 

“Okay, then I’ll tell it. I found out, that Xyle didn’t die. It had ran away and found a new a vessel, but it’s kind of… funny. He lives inside a young Keyblade Chosen.”

“But, who’s that kid?” man on the right asked.

“Master Painer, I know it sounds silly, but you had seen him and even holding him.”

“Enough games! Just tell his name!” girl yelled.

“His name is Ventus, but you renamed him into a Number 15.”

 

Painer thought for some time.

 

“So you’re telling me that Xyle is inside Number 15 and… NO, it can’t be. All these years of searching and now it’s going to die. I cast a ‘Sleep Blade’ on him! How can I be so stupid! When the XYD wagon arrive?” Painer said.

“It should be here already” man on right said.

 

Suddenly, one of the Pure Ones appeared.

“This better be good!” Painer angrily said.

“Forgive me Master, but it’s not good. It’s bad. Soon after you left, we were attacked. It was a young Keyblade Chosen. He destroyed the wagon and all Pure Ones who were there.”

“And the Number 15?” Painer asked.

“After the destruction of the wagon, he rolled into a river. We aren’t sure if he’s survived. He had the tied legs and… “

“Who was a young Keyblade Chosen” Painer asked, before the Pure One could finish.

“That’s the interesting part. We think that’s Number 15’s older brother. We already have seen him in their village, and there was also another girl with them. We believe that’s their sister.”

“And how do you believe that they’re related?” girl asked.

“They all have the same blue eyes and we could felt a strong bond between them”

“Where are they now?” man on the left asked.

“Well, for Number 15 we’re not even sure if he’s alive. The other boy was last seen in one cave, right beside the river. And a girl… right now two Pure Ones are chasing her. They will not attack until they have your order, Master Painer.”

“Bring me that girl! I want to know everything about her and her two brothers!” Painer yelled.

“Yes, of course, Master” the Pure One said and disappeared.

 

Painer looked at the man, who brought him the information about Ventus.

 

“Got any other news?” Painer asked him.

“Yes, I have. I was watching at Number 15’s brother when he met a very young girl. The girl lead him to an old cave, where was a boy, almost a same age as a girl. You won’t believe it. They both had an ability to wield a Keyblade! They both seem only 7 or 8 years old!”

“That’s impossible!” girl yelled.

“We tried to catch a boy, but suddenly that boy and girl appeared. After that we lost track.” man said.

“Well, that’s a lot of information.” girl said.

 

Man on the left didn’t say a thing and Painer thought very deep.

 

“Xyle… soon, you will be mine. I’ll finally get your power!”

Sorry, because it took so long, but this school is really killing me. Oh, and thank you for all your comments.

Chapter Nine: Kyran

 

Aqua was bleeding. She had fought with the Pure Ones again, but one of the spells hit her in her right arm. Fighting was now even harder, because she couldn’t use her right arm for wielding the

Keyblade. Suddenly two Pure Ones appeared.

 

“Girl… come with us and we won’t harm you” one of them said.

“In your dreams!” Aqua yelled and cast several thunder spells.

 

All spells hit the Pure One on the left. Suddenly, Pure One on the right started yelling in unknown language. At least twenty Pure Ones appeared around Aqua.

 

“I’ll better run” Aqua had said to herself and ran towards the forest.

 

She was running and running, until she reached the very high cliff. Aqua started talking to herself:

 

“Okay Aqua, you got two options A) fight with a huge number of powerful creatures, using Keyblade in my left arm or http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/cool.png climb up the cliff with wounded arm. I don’t know what is the worst, but I’ll chose option http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/cool.png.”

Aqua started climbing up the high cliff. Her right arm was covered by blood, but she was still able to climb. Several Pure Ones started to cast spells on her and at least five spells hit her. That cast her to fall from 10 meters. She summoned her Keyblade even thought that she was very tired. By the minute she was weaker and weaker, until she collapsed. One of the Pure Ones picked her.

 

“Report to Master Painer” the leader Pure One said to another one.

“Will do!” said and disappeared.

 

Aqua slowly opened her eyes. The Pure One was carrying her into unknown direction, along with the others.

But, suddenly a man in a brown cape appeared. He defeated the Pure One that was carrying Aqua and took her in his arms.

 

“Lily, Mateo! Watch my back!” he shouted.

 

A little boy and a girl appeared, carrying Keyblades. They were both in brown capes as well. Man put Aqua on his shoulders and climbed up the cliff. Girl and a boy were deflecting spells and climbed beside the man. When he reached the top, he looked straight on one big rock.

The rock fell directly on the Pure Ones.

 

“Great job, uncle Kyran!” girl said.

 

Man nodded and put Aqua on the ground.

 

”Are you okay?” he asked.

 

Aqua shook with her head. Man looked on her arm.

 

“Oh, dear! Just hold still! I’ll help you!”

 

Man took some kind crystal from his pocked. He put it on Aqua’s bloody arm. Aqua felt a strange feeling in her arm and a minute later, arm was healed.

 

“What’s your name?” a little boy asked.

“I’m Aqua, but who are you and why did you save me?” Aqua asked.

“Well, my name is Kyran and those two are Lily and Mateo. Why did I save you… it was natural thing to do. We’re friends.” man answered.

 

Aqua slowly stood up.

 

“Thank you for saving me before, but I really have to go find my brothers”

“How do they look like, maybe we seen them.” Lily said.

“Well, Ven is a bit smaller than me and he’s got blonde hair and Terra is a bit taller than me and he’s got a dark brown hair.”

“Hmm… haven’t seen them, but if you want you can come to our tree house.” Mateo said.

 

Aqua thought for some time.

 

“Okay, but just for one night.” Aqua said.

 

Kyran, Lily and Mateo nodded and went towards the forest. Aqua followed and thought deep.

 

“Ven… Terra… just be save!”

Chapter Ten: Who’s Xyle?

 

Ven finally woke up. He tried to walk towards the door with his flabby legs. Fortunately Kyrllion appeared and helped him walk.

 

“So Princess finally awake from his beauty sleep!” Kyrllion joked.

 

“Very funny… um… Kyron. no.. Kayren…” Ven couldn’t remember his name.

 

“Just call me Ky. I hate long names.” red haired men said and put him on a chair.

 

“Where’re my clothes?” Ven asked and looked on too big nightgown.

 

“Oh, just give a second, I’ll bring them. They’re probably dry now!”

 

Ven looked through the window. Ky’s house was standing deep in the forest. He could see flowers, trees and… a tombstone? With a Keyblade on it?

 

“Here you go kiddo, nice and dry! But, I must say you got a pretty weird style of dressing.”

 

Ven silently put his clothes on.

 

“Uh... Ky?”

 

“Yes?”

 

“Mind if I ask you something?”

 

“Well… sure!”

 

“Why do you have a tombstone on the garden? And why is Keyblade on it?”

 

Ky turned pale.

 

“It’s very complicated story…”

 

“Don’t worry I like stories. Unless if it’s a sad story.” Ven carefully said.

 

“It’s very sad. You still want to hear it?”

 

“I’d like to, but I’m not sure if that’s good.”

 

Kyrllion took a deep breath.

 

“I used to live with my best friend. His name was Xyle and he had an ability to wield a Keyblade. I didn’t have that ability, but he sometimes lent me his Keyblade. He was very nice and never selfish. But one day he went in the forest to get some wood. He loved making things from it, like this.”

 

He showed on a star made from wood. Ven sensed something in it.

 

"That day, I was holding this star. I could hear his voice, screaming for help. So I followed it deep in the forest. There he was, lying on the ground. Beside him was a masked girl, pointing her weird weapon right into his heart. I panicked. Without a second thought I fought with her. She only laughed and disappeared. Xyle was in very bad shape, so I took him home. Three days later… he died.”

 

He couldn’t say more. Ky burst out crying. Ven felt very sad for him.

 

“Ky… I’m so sorry for him… But you know? My sister told me that every Will goes on no matter what.”

 

Man stopped crying. For a moment he looked straight into Ventus’s eyes. They turned green, but just for a second.

Was that Xyle?

 

“It’s OK, Ventus. Wanna know the funny thing?”

 

“Uh… okay.”

 

“When I found in the river I felt something within you. Like there was somebody inside you who was calling for help.”

 

“Well, that IS funny. Uh… and I wanted to ask you one more thing.”

 

“Sure, ask!”

 

Ven took his green Wayfinder out of his pocked. It looked just like a Xyle’s wooden star, only in a red color. Ky watched it with an interest.

 

“Where did you get that?” Kyrllion asked.

 

“My sister Aqua made it. She also put some kind magic that saved me from the Pure Ones.”

 

“You mean that you met the Pure Ones?” Ky asked.

 

“Yes and they also captured me. Fortunately my brother came to my rescue, but during the battle I rolled into a river with tied legs. I don’t know what happened after that.”

 

“That explains the glowing thing and… wait you got a brother as well?”

 

“His name is Terra and the sister’s name is Aqua. I wanted to look for them. They’re probably worried about me.”

 

“Uh… Ven? Could you spent some time alone?”

 

“Why’s that?”

 

“I really need to get some supplies from nearby village. I was going to do this, four days ago, but I didn’t want to leave alone while you were sleeping.”

 

“Don’t worry I won’t burn your house if is that what you think.”

Ky smiled.

 

“Okay I’ll be back by the evening.”

 

Ky wore a black cape in went towards the forest. Ven looked at the tombstone again with a great sadness.

 

Xyle? Why does it sound so familiar?

Chapter Eleven: Reunion

 

Terra was still in a Tree house. Takeo rested up as well.

 

“Um… Terra” Takeo said to Terra.

 

“Yes?”

 

“Thank you for saving me before.”

 

“It was nothing. I just wanted to help you and… oh yeah I got one more question.”

 

“Sure, ask.”

 

“Melissa said that you also live with an Uncle Kyran and a girl and a boy. Where are they now?”

 

“Well, Kyran is not my real uncle, we just call him uncle, because he’s a Mel’s real uncle. The boy’s name is Mateo and he’s my twin brother. The other girl’s name is Lily and she’s Mel’s cousin, which means that Kyran is Lily’s father. Where are they now… I don’t know. They’re probably training again.”

 

“But, wait a minute! If they’re swinging their Keyblades around, won’t Pure Ones feel them and take them away?”

 

“No, if you summon your Keyblade in conservation areas. Those areas are protected with a very

powerful magic. Like a cave where I trained.”

 

“Why did they capture you then?”

 

“They felt you Keyblade, not mine. That’s why Melissa panicked.”

 

“I see… I’m so sorry for what I did to you. If I didn’t summon my Keyblade you’d…”

 

“Don’t be stupid! You saved my friend and you didn’t know for the Pure Ones. You’re not the one for blame.” Mel said, before Terra even finished.

 

For a moment there was a silence. Then Terra stood up.

 

“I should be going now. I still have to find my brother and sister.”

 

Suddenly the door opened and a man in brown cape entered.

 

“We’re home. What were you doing you two? Had fun or trouble again?”

 

“Uncle Kyran!” Takeo and Melissa shouted and put their arms round him.

 

Behind him there were also a boy and a girl in brown capes. The boy looked exactly like Takeo. Terra wanted to speak with Kyran when he saw another person behind him.

 

“Aqua?” Terra quietly asked.

 

Aqua looked at Terra like she seen a ghost.

 

“Terra!” Aqua shouted. Brother and sister fell into each other’s arms.

 

“Oh, Aqua I thought I’ve never seen you again.”

 

“Me either!”

 

Kyran and kids were looking at them with an interest.

 

“You two know each other?” Melissa finally asked.

 

“Mel, that’s my sister Aqua. You know, the one that I was looking for.” Terra replied.

 

“Nice to meet you then. I’m Melissa, Mel for short.” Mel said and crossed her hand with Aqua’s.

 

“You sound just like Ventus.” Aqua joked.

 

“Who’s Ventus?” Mateo asked.

 

“Okay kids time for bed! We’ll chat tomorrow.” Kyran shouted before could Aqua and Terra replied.

 

“But, Uncle…”

 

“It’s not that late…”

 

“I’m not even tired! I sleep thought the whole afternoon!”

 

“Just a few more minutes…”

 

Kids complained for about 10 minutes, but then they finally climbed into higher floor where their bedroom was. Aqua and Terra still looked in each other’s eyes.

 

“Sorry about all that. Sometimes they can be pretty annoying.” Kyran apologized.

 

“It’s ok, Kyran. What matters is that I finally found my brother.”

 

Terra, Kyran and Aqua sat around the table. For some time they were just staring into each other.

 

“So, who’re those kids?” Aqua broke the silence.

 

“Well Lily is my daughter, Melissa is her cousin and for the twins… let’s say they’re my adopted sons. But what is that I’d like to ask you is your story.”

 

Both of them took a long breath and started talking. They told everything about them. They stopped on the part when they got split up.

 

“Aqua, what happened next and where Ventus went?”

 

“After the village destruction I took Ven in a cave. He was worried about you, so I went looking for you. On a way to you, I fought with several Pure Ones. When I came back Ven was gone and I couldn’t find him…” Aqua said with the tears in her eyes.

 

Kyran offered her a hankie. Aqua dried her tears with it.

 

“I think I know what happened next…” Terra carefully started.

 

The two of them looked at Terra, who took a long breath.

 

“It was a strange feeling in my heart that led me to Ven. He was tied up in a wagon, carried by the Pure Ones. Without a second thought I attacked them. Ven had managed to escape from it, but he rolled directly into a river. I tried to save him, but I couldn’t because of the Pure Ones.”

 

Long silence was then Kyran broke it.

 

“Do you and your brother have a Wayfinder”

 

“You mean this?” Aqua asked and took her blue Wayfinder from her pocket.

 

“Yes, now just open your heart. Can you feel him?”

 

Aqua closed her eyes. She was in a pitch white room. Suddenly she heard breathing, Ven’s breathing. There was also foggy picture of Ven who was carried by unknown men.

 

“He’s alive!” Aqua happily yelled.

 

“Who’s alive?”

 

“Takeo, Mateo! I told you to go to the bed!”

 

“Sorry, uncle Kyran!” twins said at once.

 

After Kyran made sure that they’re alone, he spoke to Terra and Aqua.

 

“If your brother’s alive you really need to find him, before Pure Ones do. Something tells me that he‘s something special.”

 

“But where could we find him?” Terra asked.

 

“There’s a big village nearby. You can start there, but first you need to get some rest.”

 

“Will do.” Aqua said.

Chapter Twelve: Searching

Aqua couldn’t sleep. She was worried about Ven and Terra snored very loud.

“Terra! I’d like to get some rest!”

Terra only mumbled in his sleep. Aqua sighed and put her head under the pillow. In the morning Terra woke up first right after Kyran came.

“Sleep well?” Kyran asked.

Terra nodded at the same time Aqua woke up.

“Next time I’ll sleep outside…” Aqua quietly said to herself.

Suddenly a lot of noise was heard.

“Kids are coming!” Kyran said with a smile.

They ran down the stairs with a breath- taking speed. Aqua looked at kids in detail. Takeo and Mateo similar to each other, Melissa with beautiful blond hair and Lily who looked almost like Kyran. Kids were very curious as for who Aqua and Terra were.

“Would you now tell us who’s that Ventus?” Takeo finally asked.

“Okay, if you’ll listen carefully and with an interest, you’ll understand the whole story. You still hear it?” Terra asked.

“Of course!” Lily replied.

Kids sat on the floor around Terra, who started talking. Terra told their whole story and kids listened really carefully. When he finished, Melissa stood up and ran upstairs. She returned with a weird flower and gave it to Aqua.

“I want you to have this. It may guide you on your journey…” Mel said with a mystery voice.

“Well… thank you Melissa.”Aqua carefully said.

Aqua looked straight in Terra’s eyes. Terra understood.

“Thank you for everything, all of you. Without you we were probably doomed or something even worse. Right now we have to go, if we want to find Ventus…”

“Wait!” Mateo said before Terra finished and ran upstairs just like Mel a few minutes ago.

He returned with two capes: brown and dark purple. He gave them to Terra and Aqua.

“Wear those capes if you don’t want to be discovered. Capes are enclosed by “Warning “ spell, that will help you if you meet Pure Ones. If there will be around you’ll feel them.”

“I never heard for that kind of spell…” Aqua said and put a dark purple cape on.

“It’s because, that’s Crys…” Takeo tried to said, but Kyran covered his mouth before he could say the whole thing.

“You should be on your way!” Kyran continued.

Terra also put a black cape on and said goodbye to kids. Aqua also did that, but when she said goodbye to Lily, she didn’t realize that’s the last time she saw her alive. Brother and sister climbed down the ladder. For some time they were just silently walking in the direction, that Kyran show it.

“Do you really think Ven is ok?” Aqua asked.

“He’s alright. I can feel that in my heart!” Terra replied.

They kept walking, when they reached a very big village.

“It’s almost like a town. Look at all those people!”

Terra was right. People were everywhere, in houses, streets, markets… everywhere.

“Where we should start looking?”Aqua asked.

“Don’t know…” Terra said when he crashed into unknown man . It seem like man was carrying a lot of boxes. Boxes were now all over the street.

“I’m so sorry about this sir… do you need a hand?” Terra carefully said.

“I could use one…” man replied.

Aqua and Terra started picking boxes, until they picked every single one. They gave them to the man, who hardly carried them again.

“May we help you carry them?” Aqua asked.

“If you be so nice, but my house it’s pretty far away…”

“That won’t be a problem… right?” Terra looked to the Aqua who nodded.

“Thank you so much you two.” Man said with a smile.

They were walking towards the forest, off of the town.

“By the way, my name is Kyrllion.”
