It was a sad death. But hopefully she does come back in the future.

Nope not at all. I think it would of been better if she her own nobody and not a mirror image of Sora. I am glad that Axel knocked her out. XD. He only wanted to be friends with her because of Roxas. He was very jealous of her which is why he was annoyed that he had to fight with her. She also stole most of the spot light from the others.

Axel wasnt jealous to the extent you are saying. He knowingly helped her escape when she knocked out Xigbar by letting her escape.Also, in that scene that Axel knocked her out he was frustrated bc he was trying to save both of them but they kept fighting it. In that scene , he said something about the whole thing sucked and he was frustrated. He also helped cover for her when she couldnt summon the keyblade . He was a lil jealous when he returned from CO bc he thought Roxas replaced him with Xion but realized that he wasnt replaced and ended up liking her.. He even stopped the fight in halloween town to save both of them.

Axel wasnt jealous to the extent you are saying. He knowingly helped her escape when she knocked out Xigbar by letting her escape.Also, in that scene that Axel knocked her out he was frustrated bc he was trying to save both of them but they kept fighting it. Honestly no, because unlike Axel I didn't have like a sort of "connection" to the character. I mean sure you see multiple cutscenes with her and you fight with her now again, but it might just be me

Yes, he chose them over Saix, because the guy was very rude to them and Axel couldn't put up with it anymore. I also remember the scene in the game when Saix insults Xion that wasn't an cutscene. Dude we all pretty much killed her.
And while I didn't cry about her death I did have a very stunned shoved feeling the way that she die.SE do a good job designing her death in a way that it catches a lot of emotion

I must admit, as a man I cry during all Kingdom Heart games for some odd reason but when Xion died I was devastated. To me it was one of the saddest momments in Kingdom Hearts history. The whole reason why she died, the way she died, and all that jazz; it was truly touching and made me feel for Roxas. I hope we see her again in up-coming games.
