HELLO KH13!!! Javelin434 reporting in! Sorry for disappearing sometime around summer 2017 [July/August]. Long story short, my craptop [laptop] finally went kaplooie and kicked the bucket after staying alive 4 years past it's expected failure time. I know that I was starting up my RP at that time, and to my fellow RPers, I'm sorry for abruptly going ded when things were starting to kick back up. 

 

In the meantime between craptop going kaplooie, stuff that happened included:

• Crying like crazy over having craptop died [it may have been a craptop, but dagnabbit it was my craptop!]
• Looking for parts to make craptop come back to life again.
  • Pondering if buying said parts will be worth it in the long run for service life of theoretically resuscitated craptop.
    • Having an existential crisis over if anything is worth it in the long run when we are destined to die alone...
    • Got sad and decided to 'cut my losses,' abandoning my faithful silicon servant to the grim reaper of computers.
    • Held a funeral for my faithful craptop that ended with giving it to an electronics recycling company.
    • Drank hot cocoa to thaw my frozen, weeping heart.
• Assisted in some donation efforts for the hurricanes that hit Houston, TX and Puerto Rico
• Jumped on a deal for getting a new craptop sometime during the fall semster.
• Cried during final exams
• All this time, snuggling with my 4 Kairi plushies
• Watch anime like a responsible fanboy!

So yeah! I'm back and this time for a long while! To those who know me: I missed you all! To my fellow RPers: JAVELIN IS BAK AND READY TO CAUSE SHENANIGANS [and update the guide]! Holy crud man, no wonder I hadn't seen you in the forums around for the longest time! Although I should talk, because I was gone for two and a half months till I reemerged just recently! (Granted, I went through hurricane Maria, so yea.)  But anyways, welcome back Javelin! KH13 wasn't the same without your love of Kairi fulfilling us!

 

Also, I just want to say, thank you for helping out with the efforts to better things where the hurricane hit! I'm from Puerto Rico, so the help is appreciated, thank you very much! And I'm sorry about your craptop, but hey, soldier on, my friend!

 

Good to have you back, man, and hey, as for your existential crisis, know that you're never alone. You've always got someone who will be there for you, even if you don't know it!

Woah dude! How is everything in Puerto Rico? The last time I heard, there was the political fiasco of electricity infrastructure being awarded to like 2 guys in the middle of nowhere and Tesla stepped in to get power restored or something like that. What's the situation like over there? I hope you and your family are doing ok!

Something definitely felt off with the site and (Aside from Transcendent Key. ) I figured it was you not being around. Good to see our resident Kairi Fanatic has returned.

Woah dude! How is everything in Puerto Rico? The last time I heard, there was the political fiasco of electricity infrastructure being awarded to like 2 guys in the middle of nowhere and Tesla stepped in to get power restored or something like that. What's the situation like over there? I hope you and your family are doing ok!

 

Everything is well, thanks to God. Things are getting better by the day! For the first few weeks, it was a total wreck, as people were desperate with gas and looking for water. It came to the point that the supermarkets were rationing water and food so that there would be enough for everyone to buy! I was even out of work for two weeks after the hurricane, but thankfully only just two weeks!  Then, after that, we had lived in darkness, with no power, and no water, with me and my family having to look for water in places where it'd stream down from a mountain or other source! But thankfully, God gave us the strength to carry on, and we never wanted for food or water, cuz we always had more than enough!

 

And now, as things stand, a good many of the municipal towns already have water, power and communications, which is good, my town included! The whole island is being worked on, and slowly but surely, things are getting better. Power companies from the US have come to help, and they were the ones that brought power back to my neighborhood! They've been a great help, and people from everywhere have been donating food, money, you name it! So thank you for your contributions, man!

 

And yes, on the political side of things, it's a who's who of a mess. You know how it goes with politics. But I pay no mind to that, ya know?
