definitely wouldn't mind seeing some more FF representation in the series. SE can give the FF characters their own world and subplot like Hollow Bastion in KH2 because i enjoyed that bit of interaction with them. 

 

outside of FF characters i definitely want them to add in some more menacing Disney villains, or better yet make whichever ones they use seem menacing.

Disney:

1. Emperor Kuzco, Kronk, and Yzma (because why have they not by now o_0)

2. Milo and Stich

3. Robin Hood (because maybe Fox Sora might be a thing lol)

4. Darkwing Duck (because firetruck YEAH)

5. Cruella de Vil (here me out. If we can do more Lion King esk stages, then surely we can have a riveting chase scene with a Heartless (or whatever) possessed motor vehicle or something with a Sora Dalmatian. Might be a bit "quick timey" though. Lesser case, we have her as part of a deeper involvement with the 101 Dalmatian collectable game.)

6. Baloo, Bagheera, Kah, King Louie, and Sher Kan (see above and umm....because he's a firetrucking bear and he's a firetrucking panther . Need I say more?!)

7. (Bonus...probably as a DLC level) Willy Wonka (because the Chocolate Factory stage might be kinda awesome)

 

Square Enix:

1. Ramza Beoulve (FFT)

2. Somebody from FFXV I agree. I mean come on! The scenes practically paint themselves thanks to the Ignis meme.

3. (Digging deep here) Marina (Mischief Makers) - Yes, this game belongs to Enix back in the day. Look it up! Maybe as a cameo or secret boss of sorts in a playful way.

4. Kefka

5. Chrono or Frog

6. Lightning and Sazh (why not I guess. I hear her character got better on the games I haven't played)

7. (Bonus) Einhander pilot, or against Einhander pilot as gummy ship mini game. Might be a bit weird looking at it at that perspective though. Commence super shader for that portion lol.

I really, really, really want to see the cast of Treasure Planet, I want to see all those characters in a Kingdom Hearts game, be it III or otherwise! It's driving me nuts how we still don't have these beloved characters in the series! Jim and Silver...gahh!!! I also want to see Milo and Kida from Atlantis, and Max because it's still odd that to this day, Goofy has mentioned nary a bit that he has a son! It's strange!  And I'm sure there's more Disney characters that would appear in the future! Captain Jack and Davy Jones would be great as well!

 

For Final Fantasy characters, Gilgamesh, Caius Ballad, Garland, Cecil, Golbez, Warrior Of Light and Gabranth would be awesome to see! There's lots of potential when it comes to Final Fantasy characters, and perhaps even characters from other Square properties!
